Troubleshooting

Cookies Error
I am unable to access my Futurekids online applications. I get one of the following errors: “Problem with cookies”, “This site requires cookie support in your browser to be turned on”
Answer: In Internet Explorer:
1. Go to Tools, then Internet Options
    
2. Click on the Privacy tab and drag the slider down to Accept all Cookies
    
3. Click OK to accept settings.

Unable to Login to Assessment
Assessment Link asks for and User ID and personal information
Answer: In Internet Explorer:
1. Go to Tools, then Internet Options
    
2. Click on Security tab, make sure Internet is highlighted, and click the Default Level button at the bottom.
    
3. Click on the Privacy tab, click on the Default button, and drag the slider to Low or Accept all Cookies.
    
4. Click OK to accept settings.
